Clinical Data Pipeline for a Multi-Site Health System

I designed and implemented a centralized clinical data pipeline for a multi-site health system struggling with fragmented patient records across six facilities. Using SQL and Apache Airflow, I built a robust, HIPAA-compliant data engineering solution that integrated disparate data sources into a unified system. This transformation enabled seamless access to accurate, real-time data and reduced reporting time from three days to just four hours. For the first time, the organization could perform comprehensive cross-facility patient outcome analysis, unlocking deeper clinical insights and improving decision-making at scale.
