I designed and delivered an interactive outcomes dashboard for a mental health trust seeking better visibility into patient care across 12 community clinics. Using Power BI, I integrated data from the existing case management system to create a centralized, real-time view of treatment effectiveness, clinician caseloads, and patient progress. This solution standardized reporting across all sites and enabled clinical leads to make informed, timely decisions. Adopted by over 40 clinicians for daily use, the dashboard significantly improved transparency, care coordination, and outcome tracking in mental health services.
